Meal Maker Challenge: Pasta Salad

This Pasta Salad is great for lunch, dinner and an after school snack.  I like to add grilled chicken to the dinner version.

What you will need:

  • Black Olives
  • Hunt’s Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • tri-colored pasta
  • onion
  • bell pepper
  • oil based salad dressing
  • shredded Italian cheese
  • pepperonis

How to do it:

  1. Cook and drain pasta.
  2. Dice all veggies.
  3. Toss all together and enjoy!
