Wanchai Ferry frozen entrées are great to have on hand for those nights that you are craving something Asian but take out may not be an option. You can find these delicous meals in the freezer section of most grocery stores. They come complete with everything you need to make a quick and easy meal.

Wanchai Ferry meals are designedfor 2 servings and take less than 15 minutes to prepare.  I tried the  Wanchai Ferry Beef & Broccoli which included tender beef strips, and a great variety of vegetables.  Better yet, it even came with rice!  The brown garlicy soy sauce was a nice touch to authenticate this Asian inspired dish.

The weather’s getting warmer, the plants are starting to flower and you know what that means.  Gardening time!

How cool are these bags!  They are made by a company called Ityse.  I’ve had the pleasure of using their bags and I just love them! Not only are they stylish as well durable but they are compact too!
