READ THE LABLE

April 21, 2009

This is just a tip that will save you BIG! During our recent Kroger trip I found SEVERAL items that were out of place. It appeared to me that these items were stocked this way and was not a customers doings. These items appeared to be on sale and cheap. I grabbed several and thought “there’s no way that’s right”. Sure enough I looked a the lable on the shelf and it was NOT the one for the item sitting directly above it. Example: There was some brand name baby products that were sitting above the tag for the generic version. I got real excited thinking I was going to make out on this deal after using my coupon, but I was wrong. Oh well at least I double checked first. Sometimes the lables are hard to read/understand with their abbreviations. WHen this happens just check the barcodes, then there’s no doubt.
