I must admit even for a chef, when I read the mixture of ingredients for this one I was a little skeptical.  Can I just tell you this was mouth watering g-o-o-d!  I’ll never make plain beef and noodles again!  The flavor gets your mind going trying to figure out what your tasting.

This is a great dish to do as part of the “bag meal” cooking.  Stay tuned for the “How to bag meal it” segment coming next week!

  • 1 T fresh Rosemary
  • 1 T Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T Red Wine
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onions
