How to do it:

  1. Over med-high heat, saute onions and garlic.
  2. Add meat that’s been cut into small bite size pieces.
  3. When meat is 3/4 cooked to desired done-ness add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  4. While meat is cooking prepare salad.
  5. Top salad with steak.
  6. Serve with reduced-fat ranch dressing

Jennifer

Looks yummy and diet-friendly.
FYI – your ingredients call for TC seasoning, but the recipe calls for Worcestershire sauce.
