DIY: Toaster Oven Tortilla Pizza

1 sprouted or whole wheat tortilla (approximately 80 calories)
¼ cup marinara sauce
1 ounce reduced-fat cheese blend
Sliced mushrooms, red onion, and grape tomatoes (or veg of your choice)
